REDEMPTION ROUTE

How to test a code

Current sources show two paths: Inventory → gift box, or Shop → Codes. Check the live interface, then record the result.

  1. 01
    Find the current code field.

Try Inventory → gift box; if absent, check Shop → Codes.

  2. 02
    Record your balance.

    This makes the reward measurable.

  3. 03
    Paste one exact candidate.

    Preserve letters and numbers exactly.

  4. 04
    Check both signals.

Save the response message and the balance change.

FAILED REDEMPTION

Why a code may not work

A failure needs diagnosis before it becomes an “expired” label.

01

Already used

The account may have redeemed it earlier. This does not prove the code is globally expired.

02

Typing mismatch

Check uppercase letters, the number 1, the letter I, and extra spaces.

03

Build or region change

An update, region, or staged rollout may affect eligibility.

04

Actually expired

Repeatable fresh failures or a first-party notice can support this label.
